RFE was for my I-140 case, which got approved Jan 2022.
I then received an RFE for medical July 15th. I sent back the medical request on Aug 1st with FedEx overnight.
3 days later I got approved.

No, but I had to send my Medical RFE to Phoenix, Arizona.
