Hi All.. my case was a concurrent filing on Sep2021. so far did not receive any invitation for biometrics nor did my case progress. can anyone please let me know how long it might take? my processing center is Texas.

Did someone notice the receipt date for EB1C I-140case enquiry for Texas service center ? Is it 5 years now ? meaning we have to wait 5 years before we could enquire on our I-140 pending case is that for real?#I-140 #EB1C
