i485 adjudication EB2 to EB1 porting

I have an approved EB2 I-140 with priority date 08/24/2016. On 11/4/2022 I filed I-485 and EB1C I-140 concurrently. my EB1C I-140 was approved on 02/22/2023 and the approval notice reflects my EB2 priority date (08/24/2016). Since there has been a new approved I-140 post filing of I-485 do I need to tag my i485 to the EB1C I-140? #EB1C

GREENED - In the midst of tech-layoffs

No Premium Prcessing was available, but luckily everything was approved in less than 5 months. Country of Birth: El Salvador. Job: Finance Manager. I arrived at the USA on July 4th, 2022 using L1A WORK VISA which does not allow to change employer or sponsorship. Getting fired means deportation for this type of VISA so Human Resources applied to my green card right away as it is supposed to be cheaper than requesting a VISA extension later on. #L1A #EB1C #Techlayoffs

My i140 premium processing request was received by uscis on 02/06 early morning. There has been no update from USCIS and no receipt notice is sent. Is this sth unusual. This status just means that USCIS has received the medical rfe. All, My EB1C I40 approved on Oct,2022. I485/765/131 receipt date Nov,09,2022.Biometrics Dec 13,2022 (PD: Sep 2019 from EB2 carried over). Today, I got to know that the case got transferred FROM NBC to Sacramento Field office,CA whereas I live in mid West region. few questions for this knowledgeable group Question1 : is it normal to have Midwest region being processed at Sacramento Field office? Question2: is anyone waiting for their I485 adjudication Sacramento Field office? any personal experience on how it is moving? Question 3: how long does it take a Field office to provide AP and finally GC?#EB1C

my status got changed from fingerprint fee received to case remains pending. EB1C is still current. what does this mean? Does it mean they processed everything and waiting for visa number? #eb1c
