case has transferred to new office has jurisdiction- eb1-c
what does this mean with respect to approval? I485 is sent to another office which has jurisdiction. this is the second time the case has moved. everything was filled concurrently and i140 approved couple of weeks back. any pointers?#eb1 #eb1c

this means that ur application is transfered to another office (typically, National Benefit Center - NBC) for further processing.

it’s a good sign … this happens to almost all cases (including mine). after this status, it’s usually a medical RFE or “card is being produced/case is approved”

Thanks for responding. I had same update than you and after fingerprints were taken again) and this last one was on November 4th

yes I believe we cannot guess when exactly they are going to pickup your case. there is just no way to do it
