I noticed many people didnt got their i131 approved and they got i485 approved directly.

I am the primary EB1C applicant and I have a dependent spouse and child under 14 years who applied for AOS at the same time as me.. EB1C priority date is in 2019. We applied for AOS in July 2022 and me and my wife got green card in Feb'23. it's been couple of months now that I don't see any movement in my son's I485 after GC receipt for me and my wife.
Question: Is it normal to have children adjudication pending for couple of months after the primary and adult dependents GC are approved?

Q1: what is the benefit of having 2014 i140 in current case?
Q2: I learnt Indian origin candidates cannot do concurrent filing. is this true?

i485 adjudication EB2 to EB1 porting
I have an approved EB2 I-140 with priority date 08/24/2016. On 11/4/2022 I filed I-485 and EB1C I-140 concurrently. my EB1C I-140 was approved on 02/22/2023 and the approval notice reflects my EB2 priority date (08/24/2016). Since there has been a new approved I-140 post filing of I-485 do I need to tag my i485 to the EB1C I-140?

GREENED - In the midst of tech-layoffs
No Premium Prcessing was available, but luckily everything was approved in less than 5 months. Country of Birth: El Salvador. Job: Finance Manager.
I arrived at the USA on July 4th, 2022 using L1A WORK VISA which does not allow to change employer or sponsorship. Getting fired means deportation for this type of VISA so Human Resources applied to my green card right away as it is supposed to be cheaper than requesting a VISA extension later on. #L1A #EB1C #Techlayoffs
Receipt notice not recieved for i140 premium processing
My i140 premium processing request was received by uscis on 02/06 early morning. There has been no update from USCIS and no receipt notice is sent. Is this sth unusual. As per the data on lawfully receipt notice for EB1 prem processing are issues in 1-2 day max. im worried if anything wrong with the application.
