receipt notice/ welcome letter
I filed for a i130. I got a receipt on 10/29/2021 and got a welcome letter 11/5/2021
on my receipt it says Texas center. which I originally had to send to a texas lockbox. but in the welcome letter at the bottom of the page says California center. trying to decide which service center my i130 is being processed at...i never recieved a letter of transfer. wondering if someone has answers or has been through the same thanks

Based on current processing it looks like uscis has stopped working on application made by greencard holder. They are not giving any attention on such case. Only processing Citizen based application like IR1/CR1. Government just showing rules changes in news only. In reality they are working differently.

Hi I responded to an RFE since August for my o1 visa renewal and it's going on almost 3 months and no response. They updated it online that they received it but things are still the same. Has anyone faced something similar? it was filed at the California service center.

International travel while waiting for EAD renewal
Did anyone go outside US while you wait for EAD renewal?
my visa is E2, and EAD category is a17.
I saw someone’s blog who has a similar background to mine, and it says that she traveled outside US during the process of E2 EAD renewal but it was successfully renewed based on the latest I-94.
I applied for renewal this July to california USCIS center but haven’t heard anything yet. Current status is “case was received” I didn’t know the expiration date of I94 affect on validation of EAD so I filed I94 that will expire on Oct 2022. Therefore I’m thinking, if it’s possible I’d like to update I-94 and have a longer validation on new EAD…
I’d like to hear someone’s experience and commens on this!
