I applied for my I130 on April 28 2021, so our cases are very close. it went to Nebraska and this whole time I thought it was still in Nebraska. so I was kind of getting excited that we were coming to the end of the processing time which is 7 months. found out last week my case was moved to Potomac and I just cried for about 20 mins. not approved yet but I am actively being reviewed for 6 weeks now

hey Lucas your two months ahead of me but I applied for my husband (U.S citizen filing for spouse) I applied online with my lawyer end of June 2021 July-2-2021 I got a letter (from Texas) saying that they have received my paperwork and application on July-21-2021 I got an update on my USCIS account saying they are actively reviewing my case i thought my case was in Texas but it was transferred to California been waiting 3 months very soon to be 4 months haven’t heard anything yet but I’m keeping a positive mind and I have a really good feeling I should hear something soon and I hope you all so hear something very soon praying for us all
