I-485 case approved !!!
I had my green card interview today at the San Jose field office in Santa Clara country California. it was very smooth and friendly and quick. he just asked how I met my husband. he didn’t take any of the documents I brought and said my file was already complete! and he said congratulations!! it was perfect !
I encourage everyone to invest in a lawyer to make sure ur documents r good since when the file is complete they don’t even bother with asking anything in the interview !!!

Hi all,
I have contacted Emma today and asked for the status of my H4 COS. They directly told me they see my case was approved. I told them I cannot see that when I check my status. This person was not very nice and didn't want to tell me more details. Just after that my case status changed to approved. I am not sure it was just a coincidence, or they have a bunch of cases approved just waiting to be sent to printer and I just pushed them when I asked.
RD April 16, 2021. California center. I was just H4, not EAD.

Just starting
I currently filed form I-129F for my fiancé and was received on 10/4/21. She is currently in Somalia and going to the Nairobi embassy for her visa. The case was submitted to the California service center. I’m not sure how long the process usually takes. I see that the app is showing that I may be approved by March but depending on how fast USCIS is working I know it may not be that quick, but after approval what’s the next steps?

thinking about how my case is in California service center and I have freaking anxiety to the the damn roof. USCIS mailed me on July-2-2021 that they have received my case on July-21-2021 I got an update on the uscis website that says my case is being processed. I’m already 3 months down I don’t know if I should go back to visit my husband back home or if I should wait till it hits 5 months to see if my case gets approved around then. I’m all over the place really hopping my case gets approved fast.
I 130 processing centre confusion

My i 130 application was filed and the case recipt notice was recieved on September 11 2019, in the recipt notice it is written as California service centre. When we submitted an inquiry on the case on March 11, 2021 we were asked to write to Vermont service centre. What does that mean? Anybody know? How can i know where is my case being processed.
Also, is lawfully subscription helpful in tracking?

my case is at California office. Does anyone know the wait times for this type of application? I had to do this application bc since I left US pending my OPT, I came to my home country to work till it was accepted and when I tried going back to the US with my EAD, my school cancelled my f1 bc the officer previously put my status as visitor and not student even though I’m still on an f1 until I got EAD approved
