Good day every one please I need your help I filed my vawa I-I360 along side my I-485, I-765, 131, I got my receipt for my 1-360, after weeks my 1-485 1-765 -131 were returned reasons that I need to pay for them all. My question is I was thinking 1-485 is free under vawa , please I need your answers and suggestions

emergency advance parole
My grandpa passed away on 8/13 & I requested emergency Advanced Parole to attend his funeral but they gave me an appointment until 8/30. They already had his funeral but they will be having another memorial service for the ones that couldn’t attend & also we’re trying to fix up his grave. Has anyone had any experiences were emergency advance parole was granted even though they already buried him? I have the death certificate and proof of relationship.

Is it possible to file for a VAWA after I 130 Denial
Hello Members,
I have recently received a very lengthy NOID and we have responded to it as best as we can through an attorney. However, me and my USC Spouse have been going through a very tough marriage recently and we have been almost married for 4 years.
She cheated on me and have a kid, which I was assuming was mine and after doing the DNA test came to know that the child is not mine.
We have been taking Marriage Counseling and things get better and sometimes very worst.
She's been calling me bad names and also threatening to not proceed with the case if I tell anyone about this baby not being ours. Is my life already messed up. After I 130 Denial which most probably would be the case, can I reapply for I 130 and I 485 again and since I am not sure our relationship might last till the new petition is adjudicated, can I also file for VAWA petition. Please advice.
