My lawyer sent full package on 06/23. I only got my I360 receipt but I havent got receipts for I765, I131, and I485 yet. It has been 2 months already. Is it normal to receive the receipts at different time?

I heard some people saying they received email from NVC every 60 days after DQ mine is been 70 days and I didn’t receive that email they are talking about . embassy is Djibouti.

Hi guys! my fience sent our I-129f filler to Vermont cause he lives in Connecticut but they sent to Dallas... we didnt understand why... In the oficial site says that the procces time in Vermont are 5,5 months And Dallas 13 months! what's going on?

My parents had green card. It's expiring soon but didn't travel to US for last 5 years and remained outside US. Can they apply for visiting visa to travel to US now or do they need to surrender Green card first?

Hi guy, i wanted to ask, does anyone know how can my citizen brother invite my aunt to visit us? its a 68 y/o lady, with no kids nor marriage ever, she helped my mom and dad raise us so we want to spend Christmas with her here. She's been to the us consulate a few times and they denied her visa saying she doesnt have a reason to go back to her country. we just want to put something there to let consulate know shes not staying and everything on her trip will be covere. please help.

is it bad to use joint sponsor if you want to bring your spouse to US? my lawyer said if i use joint sponsor they will not issue visa for my spouse.

Hello Everyone! After submitting I-260 form for alien relative, which I-864 form for Affidavit of Support do I need to file? It seems like there are different forms of I-864 and i want to make sure I file the right one. I’m a us citizen applying for my parents. Thank you in advance for your response!
