wat you mean their not go. a issue a visa for your spouse , that’s totally a lie , if your income is under that minimum you can use a joint sponsor easy , if he meet the minimum wage they have to accept it , it’s not their choice that’s a rules everyone has to follow .

issue visa especially for a us citizen spouse have to be approved if the marriage are legit , if you give them all the peper work they are asking for that’s more than enough to issue a visa , so don’t believe that your spouse is not gonna have a visa because you have a joint sponsor. that’s a big lie .

because your lawyer is not a real lawyer maybe a notary or someone who file taxes because a real lawyer with experience will never tell u something like that. do some research before u give them your money cuz u might regret it later

it’s not true my dear, I’m in the same boat, but I don’t have a lawyer, due to covid, I didn’t have much to sponsor my husband so nvc sent me a msg that I need a joint sponsor and I did get one. now waiting to hear from them soon. so the lawyer who told u that is lying, do ur research well and if u think u have all ur documents intact, I will tell u to do everything on your own except if u think it’s too much for u to handle, so u need a lawyer.
