Reopen Petition got Approved
Hello all,
Last year, I file a motion to reopen my case and consider it to the next level, which USCIS did and I received a letter from them yesterday saying that my reopen petition has been approved. However, before this result, I file a new petition for my wife and it has been approved also and it’s with NVC, all documents are being summited almost two months now.
What should I do with the reopen approved petition, I don’t need it anymore? Should I call or email USCIS to cancel the reopen petition?
