gc filed for parents of gc holder
hi all, if a green card holder files for gc for his parents, can they legally stay on in the country during the application processing period?)? they are on B2/tourist visa and 6 month period is expiring. also any idea about wait times of parents GC applications by GC holders these days?
staffing Agency
if i work for XYZ staffing agency for ABC client Company for a project and my agency filed for my Greencard but my ABC project company withdraws the application then will my greencard application will be voided? or it will not be voided as the Staffing company filed my petition not the project company?

hi, please I created a uscis account sometime ago when hubby filed for me in other to track my case since it was taking too long pd January 2020 so I wanted to know more but on the 25th of March 2021, an rfe was received but I couldn’t find my uscis account number since they asked for it. hubby says he wrote N/A since I couldn’t remember it. please would it have an effect on my case? thanks.
Do I need to bring a copy I-864 again on interview?

Got my interview letter today [PD Aug 2020 - Marriage based].
I will start gathering some documents and evidences but I got one thing that I want to clarify. Is it really necessary to bring and filled out the I864 again? I couldn't find the original copies of it from my computer.
