hi guys, i did not apply for advance parole with my initial i 485 application. can i apply for the AP if i am renewing my EAD? do i have to pay? and will both documents be sent to the same address? please let me know.

please I need someone to help me and explain to me in details how to go about this i have a pending i485 my husband filed for me . we are now separated due to abuse . i now want to switch to vawa. pls how can i keep receiving ead based on the pending i485 while i vawa and wait for that decision. my lawyers keep telling me i have to file q different i485 because they are two different cases but i know i can keep my ead valid and that i485 pending till q decision is made on the vawa I am about to file . how do i do that

Can I apply for I-131 with pending AOS ?

I have pending AOS married to US Citizen. Filed AOS on August 2020 but did not file Travel Document because my lawyer said I was overstated my visa and can not get travel document even I’ve married to US Citizen. my case seems taking long and want to apply for I-131. can I do it know and how ? thank you

so today I woke up and I noticed that fingerprint had bee update for my application. my fingerprint appointment is actually next week. the only time I had done a finger print was at the port of entry and the US embassy In my country when I was coming into the US. is this an Error or what is it. and should I go for my Biometric appointment. Thank you.

How long does take to receive the approval notice for l-130. bcs last week I received an email from uscis "They taken action of my case" My case is on Vermont I applied on October 2019, no update yet.

Combo card v.s H1B

Hey guys, if you are currently under H1B and it will not expire until 2 years later, also you just received your combo card and you want to change employers. would you prefer using combo card to change the employer or asking the new employer to transfer your current H1B? what would be the pros and cons of each case scenario?

EAD Expedite after "Interview is ready to be scheduled" notice

Hello everyone I got an update 3 days ago that my case is ready to be scheduled for interview Will it be easy now to expedite my EAD? I need my EAD ASAP as I have job offer to work as a physician from June, and my local field office is taking roughly 2-3 months to schedule the interview. Anyone tried expediting EAD after there 485 changed to ready to be scheduled for interview?

NVC tracking case

I’m trying to add my NVC case # here for tracking and I’m not being able to… I think this app only tracks USCIS cases. anyone knows an app that could track NVC process? thx
