My husband is a USA citizen but he live outside the country. He want to file for me i130. And also 6 years a go i went for DV lottery married visa interview but was rejected the relationship did not work out so am divorce. Will this effect my case and also my husband living in an other country will also affect me or prevent me not to have a visa.

I will have my interview next week at Dallas location. Anyone has interview experience at Dallas location? I am appreciate for your help.

H4 and H4 EAD processing
When my spouse's H1B is filed for renewal next year, if I apply for H4 and H4 EAD along with it as change of status, will my application also be approved under premium processing along with my spouse's visa?
Is the same true when I'm filing for extensionl of my H4 and H4 EAD along with the H1B?
Basically trying to see if there is a difference between when it's an extension of H4 and H4 EAd versus when its a change of status application.
