Hi, my His and filed for my son from last year December and all we got a response about is that as of January 8 2021 is that his case is recieved. idk what's going on because they would not let me speak to an actual human when I call Nebraska service center.

they might realise he's in the system (being filed for) and that makes him liable to be sent back. right now my daughter is over 21 and her US visa only has 5 most left on it so, shes traveling Thanksgiving before I start filing.
