Hi, I am traveling on I-512 emergency document (single time entry) due to family emergency purpose and I haven’t got a H1-B visa stamped yet, due to no appointment slots available, can I come back on I-512 and continue working on H1-B visa?

Hi. Have anyone had an experience applying for employment-based GC without maintaining legal status during your whole stay in the US? It’s been 5.5 month after my visa expired and I changed my category to c8. Would I qualify for employment-based GC?

Not Update after my interview!!

The consul told me, you have to pay attention to your mail, the next couple week, may is possible that you recibe the Green Card, but I still waiting for!! and I don't see any update in my case after my interview 😕

Good morning, our applications I-130 were submitted on the same day, got a message this morning that one of my daughter's file actively reviewing by USCIS and nothing outstanding at this time. PD June 24, 2021 We're in the US

I-864 Joint Sponsor Help

Hello! I am doing AOS for USC imediate relative. We are submitting a new I-864 for a Joint Sponsor because our former Joint Sponsor is not qualified because there is not enough evidence according to USCIS. My new joint sponsor income is according to the household size. My joint sponsor sent me his tax return (1040), W2 and passport. In the tax return most of the income is from Schedule 1. I am asking him to send me the schedule 1 or Schedule K just in case The sponsor is married and we are attaching a form I-864a for the spouse, In the joint sponsor income part i am putting half of the total income and the other half in the household member part where i am specifying the spouse's name and income. In the 3 years total income part for I864 and I864-a i am putting the exact number from the Adjusted Gross Income from each year 1040 forms We are not using the part use of assets because the income from the tax return is according to the I-864P Also i am asking him for a letter from the employer for additional evidence. Do you think this sounds good for USCIS or i need to add more evidence? I just graduated as a F1 student and i would love to hire a lawyer but due economic reasons i need to do the paperwork by myself. The rest of the forms i made for my AOS doesn't have any issues according to USCIS. Thank you and i hope also this helps someone else!

I see many more getting processed before me that filed after. I haven't received anymore notices. Earlier in September or beginning October my timelines changed from possible decision/approval by July 6-November 6th & then moved to timeline Nov 6th - March 2022? Am I missing any steps or was I supposed to do something? I was told not to file anymore docs until they notify me of next steps.
