How does the PD impact when the case will be reviewed and approved?
I’ve noticed that people with a later PD than mine get their GC approved? how does this really work?

Iam EB1 B , March 4 2021 applicant with i140 pd of June 2017. I’m curious as well.

the people approved with earlier PD probably did concurrent filing but you didn’t submit until June 2021 so this date is more relevant than the PD

Yes, I also saw that many April, May filers got GC approval in my category as well. I am EB1B, end of Feb 2021 filer for I-485, and PD of Sep 2020.

My PD is Oct 2020 and receipt date sept 2021. I’ve been told by lawyer it’s the receipt date to follow processing times for so I’d be interested to know too

I have PD of Sept 2020 and RD of Oct 26, 2021. I received Reuse Biometric notice on Nov 2021 and am just waiting now. Also figuring if anyone received I485J and if that sped up the GC processing

I have my I-485 J receipt in mid Aug 2021, but no news yet. I think the receipt of I-485 J has nothing to do with the GC approval time. I did some research and found that people had their GC approval after various time periods (2 weeks~6 months) since I-485 J receipt.

@c c I think it may be the other way around or field office dependant as my field office takes longer for family/marriage based
