I did my interview today!! I passed my interview but my immigration officer said I probably gonna reapply using different form. I’m in the military and my case only took 4 months but now I gotta reapply I’m so mad right now. My dad is a US citizen and he brought me to the US when I was under age so I suppose to derive citizenship from him and I should have use different form not the N400.
i751 transferred standard processing
I filled for n400 and my i751 which is pending was transferred to nbc and I got a letter saying standard processing , we completed a preliminary review …
when you file for n400 like I did on my case does it kill all the chances of getting my i751 approved without interview ?

Traveling with pending 485/131/765
Hi All!
I know many have asked this question before but couldn’t find anyone with the same similarities…
My wife and I were interested in possibly traveling a domestic flight to another state. My wife’s visa expired, we recently married back in Aug 2021, she has completed her necessary steps including her fingerprinting. All three documents are in review. She does however have a valid NY driver learner permit. Would purchasing a ticket and using that ID to fly? She has a valid passport from her home country as well.

Renewing driver license with 180 day extention
Hi, has anyone renewed their driver license with 180 days extention letter (i 797C) in NYC? I tried to on my first renewal but back then dmv rejected me, now if ead doesn't come in time my license will expire as well. Please share your experience, thank you
