Traveling with pending 485/131/765
Hi All! I know many have asked this question before but couldn’t find anyone with the same similarities… My wife and I were interested in possibly traveling a domestic flight to another state. My wife’s visa expired, we recently married back in Aug 2021, she has completed her necessary steps including her fingerprinting. All three documents are in review. She does however have a valid NY driver learner permit. Would purchasing a ticket and using that ID to fly? She has a valid passport from her home country as well. Thanks in advance! 🙏🏼

domestic shouldn't be a problem at all. either drivers license or home country passport (bring i94 just in case) would work. definitely not international though.

I used my passport so many times for domestic air travel and no issues at all. Donot travel outside the US and Donot visit the borders of USA because the CBP may stop you.
