EB3-2 Case in progress but my wife is US citizen

Hi all need advice on this one. I'm currently in the process of getting my GC through work (Eb3-2) but it's been alamot 4 months I've not gotten anything or heard on the case. currently only done biometrics on Nov 30, 2021 submitted case on Sept 29, 2021 I was wondering should I apply through my wife too? will spouse case be faster? please share your experience if you've been in this situation and what has worked better for you? #eb or #i-130

Asylum Court hearing dates Extending!!!

hi anyone got asylum based court hearing which is keep on rescheduling dates every 7 months but never heard hearing anyone going through the same its frustrating .

irs transcripts

if uscis is requesting tax transcripts from irs only for year 2017 but Irs says they only have from 2018 . that it is not longer possible to get from 2017 year backwards. what can one do? has anyone been in this situation

129f & i130 doubt

Does filing a 129f speed up the i130 application? Could anyone share their experiences?

IR1/CR1/K1 visas

Please what is the difference in these types of visas, I’m filing for a spouse and our son- both living abroad, not in the US. I read somewhere it’s easier to file CR1 than K1 visa because K1 is slower and more expensive. what form should be filed for CR1 and what for K1. thanks.

L2 Continuation on I539 and EAD Receipt

Wanted to seek confirmation on Clarification on L2 employment continuation on EAD receipt as part of USCIS circular dated Nov 12. I have a EAD receipt and my L2 petition is under processing as part of extension of my spouse. Need to see if my I-9 can be extended using the I-539 Receipt just like L1 and i can continue my work using the EAD receipt I had. Please advise for next step.s. Thanks

How long do you get an update from vawa after documents are delivered. I sent mine December 18 and havent heard anything yet.No text , email or letter.Only thing i see is delivered by USPS

hi: I got the permanent card for 10 years (I751) in March 2021, and I submitted the citizenship N-400 application in July 2021 and there is no update except that they received the file. On January 3, 2022, I found an update on a form I751 that says (Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction). Does anyone have any idea about this? thank you

I requested the expedite for my case i-130 on 11/18/2021 and they request for more evidence on 11/22/2021 I submit all the dcoments on 11/23/2021 until now I don't get any update about my expedite Everytime I make live chat with agent they ask me to wait until now I have been waiting for the reply 52 days please if any experience with the the expedite please let know .
