yes from France I received a prima facie in April 2021 I’ve hired a lawyer in America we send all the documents through mails and he receives all us is documents still waiting after decision on vawa there is consular processing

ok good luck I filed on Jan 2021 and received a prima facie in April 2021 but its not necessary nor useful because I’m abroad it takes a long time it’s been already a year so we have to be patient do you know how long the consular processing takes ?

I don't have option here. I am having emergency situation and I need to go back to india. so I am seeing my options here and hire best attorney. present attorney is the worst. because of him I am in this situation. otherwise I would have go for emergency advance parole option. 6months with him he said he sent in August and now he is saying he sent applications in Dec still now no receipts.
