my vawa case was pending from 32 months last month I applied for travel documents can I travel out side usa and how long i can stay in outside usa.

my husband is a US citizen and a Canadian citizen as well. he applied for my I-130 and its hard to be apart for so long so we've been looking for ways for me to go see him. people are telling me I probably won't get a visit visa for the US with a pending I-130, is that true? does anyone know if I can get a Canadian visit visa instead? or will they consider immigrant intent?

People are still waiting from 2020 for their case to be looked at. The system is cruel. We are approaching 7 months with nothing but Case is received. This is not an ideal way to experience your first year of marriage.

I130 for parents

I am filling the I130 for my parents and on their passport they do not have last name. although given name has both first and last name. should I put first part of given name in given name and 2nd part in last name or should I put it only in given name and leave the last name blank ? again I can't leave the last name black it is a mandatory field. so should I write last name twice. one with given name and then in last name section ? another question is should I write "Retired" in employment section of my parents or like they say just unemployed or retired unemployed.

Hello friends, I just submitted my adjustment of status 1 month ago. Even though my I-130 took 25 months to be approved, I didn't submit adjustment of status because my husband was LPR at the time and he recently got his citizenship. Question is how long does it take Newark NJ FO to schedule biometrics? Average how long is taking Combo card and get Interview?
