Waiting for Oath ceremony
Hello everyone,
I completed my citizenship interview on October 29th at Newark field office. The officer was very friendly, and I successfully answered all six questions, along with the reading and writing portion. At the end, he asked a few yes or no questions. I also requested a name change during the application process, and the officer confirmed it. He mentioned that I would receive an update soon. Does anyone know how to check the federal court schedule for the oath ceremony?

Approved!!
Application was at Sacramento FO since Aug 13.
Original PD from 2017.
AP was approved with EAD. Received a combo card.
I-140 RFE just showed up as a “Cancelled request for evidence”. Never received any RFE document in mail or account.
Tried checking status through Congresswoman in late Aug but the EB1 visa numbers had run out.
Didn’t go to CRP but did receive a status update email on Aug 26th possibly when USCIS was collecting info about pending EB1 numbers. EB1 visas were reported over for the fiscal year the same week.
Tried reaching out through White House last weekend but they never asked for the application number. Not sure if that helped.

green card holder applyed for i-130
Hey people willing to look for some help and support here. Two month ago I received an updat about that my case estimated time is 2 weeks for it to process and then it passed and had another message saying that “its taking to long then expected”. Waiting 11 months all ready it’s getting hard. Do you have any advise what to do in this case?
Also about the form for i-485 can I apply for it even with out having my i-130 approved?
