make copy of your EAD approval notice and carry that alao with yourself and take a photo of approval notice and EAD and have that in your phone

with prima facie determination you are protected. Also EAD shows you have active case with USCIS. I am in the same boat, litteraly the same and I do not worry at all. Currently sitting at the bar and enjoying my beer :))

@Hope Sk Traffic offences are not criminal in nature except if it’s DUI, means RedLight, overSpeed and other less traffic tickets won’t affect you negatively. pls, do not drink alcohol and drive. Hold Copy of your PRIMA FACIE and your EAD along with your Driver’s License

@simon irfan @Hope Sk I got my prima facie too but no EAD yet coz lawyer filled C31 over a year ago with vawa. I also hope I'm okay and safe.

I’m literally panicking every single day I think if Ice talks to me I will have a heart attack since trump started I cannot calm down I’m walking day and night in my work i always over work I’m so scared I will have heart attack this is too much

I am not worried at all. my VAWA is approved and am only waiting for greencard. My God is powerful and I have faith in him. Just pray and hold the faith my VAWA family. we will all overcome this hurdle. It’s just such a sad situation how they are deporting and separating families more now since that man took office. I don’t even want to say his name 🙄

@Hope Sk in my opinion I would never live my life in fear. I won’t be carrying anything with me other than DL. I don’t believe anything will happen and advise you to live your life. like your lawyer said you’re good but if you choose to create problems or anxiety where none exists then it’s up to you. Nothing will happen if you’re on the right side of the law.

Pla do not live in fear as far as you have your "Real" drivers license with the star at the top corner you are good. Just know your Alien number off hand because If anything should happen they would use your Alien number to check you out. Pls pls do not live in fear. As far as you have your vawa still processing or approved you are good. One last thing mind who you interact or associate with that the person is clean because that individual may be a target and you get roped into it.

Do not live in fear or anxiety to start with, you have EAD which means you have something that’s protecting you from Deportation, just make sure you always have every approval notice of cases approved and any pending cases with immigration. Who ever has an undecided case pending is shield from deportation, so I wouldn’t worry cuz they can’t just pick you and send you home, there are due process and the Judicial system works so everyone have a fair trial regardless, so when going to court to go along with every receipt that proves your stand and pending cases with USCIS, you are good tho with a valid drivers license they knew you’re here legally.

Yes @simon irfan @Abi Ken @bridges 5 You are so right. I spoke to my lawyer last night she just said to always carry notices, prima facie or EAD with you at all times. With that u should be good coz they will see a pending application. If you get them rude ICE people and they take u by force just relax u will have time to explain yourself coz they will get to hear u out whether it's in court or ur papers and let them know you got a lawyer if u have. But don't lie about anything, rather stay quiet. The removal they doing is for criminals, gangs and undocumented people that hasn't even came in legal or hasn't started any immigration. So we pray. God is with us we gonna be okay. God still rules over the world, his got the final say not us or any law or president. We can't live in fear of man we should only fear God.

just do as your lawyer ask you to do also walk with a copy of your prima facie. but don't worry just pray and ask God to cover you because he is the one that is in control of everything.

if you have a ticket, and you did not go to jail you should not be worried. that’s just an infringement ticket not a misdemeanor. So you should be ok

next time just pay the ticket on line with your bank card. always try to stay away from anything that has to do with court ..
