rfie request for adjustment of status
Hello, I got an rfie for my birth certificate and medicals last month . I’m yet to submit it but. USCIS recently posted covid vaccine as one of the waived requirements. The rfie I received has covid as a requirement do I still need to take it?

I will say do it since it was requested before the no Covid required was announced to be on the safest side.

@la la I agree with @Abi Ken response. please just do it to be on a safer side so that it doesn’t delay your decision. since it was stated on your RFE then just go do it and get it out of the way. let us know how it goes. best of luck.
