yeah Since August, 2024 in embassy.. i did reached out to embassy they said there is considerable backlog.. it seems it's takes about an year to schedule an interview unfortunately

about that EO.. it doesn't applies to these cases.it is related to other policies.. according to what i understand and read

you can in NVC website to check which date inquiries they are responding right now... i haven't received IL yet.. i am waiting for that

@Khan 804 us far i know I-730 is a on IV immigration visa which not including the refugee so dont worry, i inquire to NVC right 1 months after ucis send the approval of my case to state department

yesterday one of i 730 case get there visa issued by us embassy in Islamabad

after a month i did NVC Public Inquiry then they send me the isl number, it’s almost 2 months waiting for nvc to send my case to islamabd but us far i get informetion about this process it well take 3 to 4 months after isl number

@Rups Rups Thank you i fix the error and they issue me ISL number all my beneficiary but no invoice number how can i get invoice number. did you get interview or not yet? please we help each other and easy to understand NVC system

nope i haven't received interview yet.. i think it will have to wait another 8-10 months

there is USCIS case number and there is NVC case number . NVC will give you NVC case number.
