hello,
does anyone know anyone that has had their Juarez appt or have an update of what month or so they are on at Juarez ?
we got approved in April, so now just waiting for papi for Juarez.
I know the new law was suppose to go into effect and that would of benefited us but it was put on hold via a judge in Texas I believe. so just trying to see if anyone has updates on Juarez appts.

Hello everyone! There's a lot of excitement about what will happen next. I've been reading all the comments related to Trump's immigration policies, and I want to reassure everyone not to worry. Trump plans to make it harder for asylum seekers, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders, Diversity Visa applicants, H-1B visa applicants, and other family-based Green Card applications. He mentioned in one of his podcasts that he believes unskilled individuals are entering the U.S. through these visa categories, except for H-1B.
The H-1B process may also become more difficult due to misuse by some applicants who submit multiple applications to gain benefits. If you look at the bulletin from his last administration, it's clear where he stands. He has a strong aversion to illegal immigration, which means that EB-3 visas may receive more preference in the future. I maybe wrong at some point but can leave useful comments. thankyou

We have fought long and hard to get to this moment! Today Nov 7, 2024, Nairobi embassy has issued my husband’s IR1 immigrant visa!! I can’t explain how happy we are as we haven’t seen each other since Feb 2021. He completed his interview on Oct 31st and we were issued the 221g letter asking for the petitioner to DHL original marriage certificate and divorce decree. 2 days after docs were received the visa wad issued and printed. We are so excited and will be reuniting Dec 31, 2024!! Bringing in the New Year together 🎉🎉🥰🥰✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
