485 still pending over than 15 months
hi guys ,
I submitted 485 and 360 on October 2020 my vawa got approved march 2024 since then still haven’t received any update on my I-485 application . I’ve contacted USCIS three times, and an inquiry was submitted on my behalf 3 months ago, but there has been no progress.
I also reached out to my congresswoman, but unfortunately, she informed me that she’s unable to assist. I then contacted the senator’s office, submitted the requested documents to her .she informed me that she contacted the USCIS office about my case , but I haven’t heard anything back since 2 weeks now , no update yet.
I’ve done everything I can to seek help and move my case forward, but nothing has changed. It’s now been over than 15 month , since the last update , and I’m feeling exhausted and frustrated by the lack of progress.
please if there is any case similar to mine or any suggestion I will appreciate it.

i am waiting 1.7 years now . did a birth certificate RFE and a medical examination 1.4 years ago and still haven’t heard anything back .

so after the 360 is approved they said we have to wait up to 33 months . it starts after the 360 is approved not from the date filed. so im thinking we have to wait minum another 2.5 years max it can happen before tho

@cl lo why that only happened to us why we should wait over 2 years and other they got the green card in 4 months , that is not fair at all.
