Quick question family…
I got denied last year September because they were sending my letters to my old address, I called them many times to let them know I was not receiving the mail. so I had to open a file of motion and I sent them with the rfe of the mail they were trying to send. I sent the paperwork back to uscis in Vermont last October and 16 days ago I saw on my app that they are reviewing it, has anyone ever encountered such a situation?

Yes, my Vawa was approved in March, and I got this same notification on my 485 after my 360 approval!

I got the same update on August 7th, 2024, my vawa case filed in July 2023. since then nothing changed.
