Case Processing
senator of Texas
my wife emailed both of the senators for Texas a few weeks ago, they have asked us to fill out some paperwork regarding our case so they can investigate the USCIS and see what’s going on, hoping something happens soon

Biometric update
I had my biometric appointment today for my I-485, and my I-765 is scheduled for April 17th. I brought both receipt notices to the ASC, and they completed biometrics for both applications during today’s visit. Just a few seconds after the appointment, I received a notification confirming that biometrics were completed and that the interview step was also marked as completed — so it seems like my interview may have been waived. Now, I’m just waiting on the final decision.

Hello friends. My spouse’s asylum was approved in August 2024. He filed the I-730 petition for me around December. I am also in the U.S. Is an interview required for everyone? In your opinion, how long does this process take?

I485 outside normal processing time
Hi everyone!
my i485 is outside normal processing time.
I already sent an inquiry on February 7th 2025, and USCIS said they would give me a response within 60 days. Today is 59th day, lol.
I haven't received any update.
I spoke to the live agent on chat, and they told me that my case is already in the field office.
I am F2A, and my priority date is 03/08/2021.
My i130, i765, i131 were already approved a long time ago, and the last update of the i485 was a year ago "actively reviewing". Anyone here who has sent an inquiry and received a response? Could you share your experience?
