L1A expiring in November 2025 (7 years). I have an approved I-140 under EB1A. My PD is June 2023.

My L1A is expiring in 11 months from now. The final action date is still Feb 2022. It’s not moving for various reasons including EB2 portings. What are my options to stay here if my date doesn’t becomes current? 1. H1B isn’t an option. Employer doesn’t do it. 2. any letter to senator will help? 3. any special circumstance clause? please share if anyone has gone through this predicament and what they did.

Called USCIS again just to clarify where my case is.

Hi everyone. I called USCIS again. Talked to a very nice person. I asked her if my file was still at NBC physically and if it had been electronically transferred to Detroit at all? She said no not at all. So I am still at NBC. Not sure why. So she said what is a good phone number and email to document the call? Have not had that question before. Maybe I have called too much? lol 😆 I have no idea what makes them transfer or not? But I wanted to clarify with them. Wishing everyone the best.

I filed for VAWA on June 17 2024 , and got notification for transfer of my I 485 on 7th November 2024 from nabraska to NBC , my question is will this affect the date of approval for my EAD & AP ? is timeline starting afresh , I’m worried , I saw a lot of people getting approved so fast now pls share ur tot on this . thanks
