I NEED A LITTLE HELP PLEASE 🚨

I've filed my case over a year now, I have not gotten any thing at all.. no prima facie, no work permit. how do they really expect me to survive knowing that I have 5 kids plus my siblings to take care of.. I've called USCIS on 2-3 occasions yet still they telling me my case is in normal processing time.. even my RFE response haven't gotten any update and it's way past the 90-94 days which they said they take to make a decision can someone please give me some advice?

Should the tracking change to picked up once it’s picked up by USCIS? I’ve opted for required signature. Also, do USCIS not pick up packages everyday?
