Green card was delivered!
Hey guys, I had promised I’d share with y’all when I receive my green card. So yea I did picked up my card today! Card was approved on the 7th of Dec 24 and was delivered on the 14th, approximately 1 week from when it said “new card was being produced”. I pray and wish you all success on this journey. 🙏

Hello Guys.
I have a requestion , my vawa was approved since September 6, never received RFE for medical, I called USCIS to find out where my case is at, the lady told me it's by San fransisco Asylum office, and part of my case is at Vemont , Yes I do have a pending asylum at that field, is there any connection of having asylum there and send my 485 form there?
Biometrics appointment
Just today after 4 days of receiving receipt # by text message I got the Biometrics appointment alert, still I haven’t received any notice of action in the mail. Has anyone be in the same situation? How long have taken to get them physically in paper?

No, it’s just sitting in Nebraska.
- Does that mean it has been reviewed?
No, your case is currently standing at their office, that’s all.
- Do you have any information about the waiting time I'm experiencing?
No, there’s nothing available. However, in February, you might be able to file a request for an inquiry if you're still waiting. Just keep in mind that the waiting time could increase.

2 year waiver approved after 3+ years!!!
This is for my wife’s case. it took over three years to be approved, but we are so happy. We have since applied for her marriage based green card. I felt I needed to share this because there are so little information about those filing and I-612. it probably would’ve taken closer to 2 1/2 years, but our lawyer had forgotten to submit an additional form that was requested.
