Dependent didn’t receive green card

Can you share your experience if you applied asylum as a couple and then the primary applicant received the green card three weeks ago.. but dependent is still waiting, status is stuck as “interview rescheduled” 45 days ago.. requests for missing interview notice, outside normal processing have been already raised.

Did anyone got approval of I 130 spouse based for March 2024? California service center.

I filed Forms I-360, I-485, and I-765 together. I just received the I-360 receipt notice three months after submission, but I haven’t received any notices for the I-485 and I-765. Has anyone had a similar experience? How long did it take to receive the other receipts?

hii when do we think our PD will become current to file for i485. PD may/june 2023. the VB is moving faster. do we have hope to become current before October.

hi guys i just had my interview yesterday, it was smooth however there were questions that i wasnt able to answer correctly such as my wifes daughters name of school. i recieve a notification today via email however there is no update online yet. i felt that i did not do well on the interview

how long after vawa approval and medical rfe do they approved GC. I sent my stuff since January then I got another rfe for i864 and I sent that March 3 and nothing since.
