so I’m working with someone experienced to help me response to my NOID she seems like she knows what she doing but I keep seeing these lawyers saying that if u do get a NOID don’t respond by Ure self likely u will get denied. will you still get denied even if you respond with exactly what they are asking for?

i am a bit confused, should i go for PP or wait for my turn ? seeing delays at Nebraska makes me feel if by any chance if become current in October 2025 and case not approved till that or if RFE or worse can happen then it will just delay things further. any suggestions or same thoughts! please share

good morning family, my i360 was approved last November my daughter who lives in Jamaica 🇯🇲 was listed on the i360. she is now 22yrs old . what do she do now? or what must I do to get her case going.. what's the next step. is it something I have to do or is it something she has to do or start in Jamaica 🇯🇲. let me know. thanks

hello,everyone,please I need your help,I was with. removal process and my attorney closed, with my vawa prima fácies,but I’m still waiting my vawa get aproved,but I have administer closed removal. soo my doubt it’s I can ask my para role to travel? I’m already don’t have n more removal process,and my case it’s administrative closed deportation.

After so many months we finally got it! Yesterday we got an email saying we have taken action in your case and a second actively review and when i go to the documents tab there it was, the approval document! let’s gooooo!!!😭😭😭 i’m still in shock.
Maria from here helped me with the information to reach out to our congress woman and then the congresswoman helped us right away… i know that’s why we got approved!!! just exactly one week after reaching out.
my timeline still needs to be updated on the app but I wanted to share because this has always helped me during the exhausting process.
If you are even 1 month passed the normal processing times, please, reach out to your congress person, it helps, it got the job done!!! and I’m outside the US.
