if filing date is now july 1st and my pd july 7th so can i file by knowing the fact that it will not processed untill final action date become current or should i wait for final action become close to my PD??

@N j, you have to wait for what uscis decides, usually publish every month if it will use either final action date or filing date to decide when you can file. Besides that, July 1st PD means only those with June 30th to Jan 1st can file, if your date falls on July 1st you can not file. So your July 7th is not due yet.
