how do you know that your case is stuck because of it ?

@hopeful 🙌🏼 In my interview, the officer said that she would approve my case if my medical exam was up to date, and because of it she will send an RFE. 2 weeks after my interview, no RFE was submitted yet. The Form I-130 was approved 3 days after the interview.

if my i130 is approved, is there a possibility of still needing a new medical?

@A G Yes, the medical is for the form i485. I had my I-130 approved already.
