A Prayer for Those Waiting on Their Green Card
Heavenly Father,
We lift up every soul waiting in silence, carrying the heavy weight of uncertainty.
Some are enduring abuse, unable to speak because of fear.
Some have left their families and love behind, longing for a better tomorrow.
Some bear illness in their bodies—diabetes, stress, and pain from this long journey.
And some are being used, their dignity overlooked, as they cling to hope.
Lord, see us. Hear us.
Remind us that today is not the end.
Tomorrow holds promise, healing, and freedom.
Strengthen our faith while we wait, protect our hearts, and guide us into peace.
We believe that tomorrow will be better,
and that Your hand will turn sorrow into testimony.
Amen.
