hello everyone, I have a question my wife file the case I-485, i-130 , & I-765 but uscis charge the payment for ( I-485 & I-130 ) & I-765 send back to my lawyer & mention date of birth wrong & fee but after that my lawyer send back with everything correct information but it’s almost 2& half weeks still Uscis not charge the money in my account & no update what can we do now please let me know

how long will it take to get green
hi bless day everyone. Hope this year brings happiness and good lucks to all of us who’s waiting .
I file my documents in June of 2022 . However the processing time didn’t work to normal time ..
they received my documents on the prior date Below ⬇️
my priority date is March 9th 2023
My 1- 130 was approved feb 16th 2024
However last year July 29th. Uscis send back
All my documents including money orders etc saying inefficient fees & not updated forms .
They even attached a green paper and said put this paper on top new filing ..
I proceed & get myself an attorney immediately.
I send my documents in back 21st of August 2024. .. they received it on August 30th
They have issued my received notice & send my biometric application which was done on September 2024 .
November 23rd i received my combo card
1-765 & 1-131. Both got approved ..
do you guys kno how much longer of a process will it takes to appproved the 1-485 ???
seeing that my priority date shows 9th of march of 2023
DELAYED GREENCARD & NO EAD
Hi everyone,
I really need advice on what to do, About a year ago I was granted Asylum here in the U.S and I was told I do not need to renew my Employment authorization card by USCIS so with that notion and waiting for my GREENCARD, my EAD that I used at work was still active and now it’s expired and my GREENCARD has not still arrive it’s been more than a year. My employer keeps insisting that I present a document to keep my Job or they will let me go, I have shown them the message from USCIS of my processing GREENCARD and the notification that I do not have to renew my work authorization document but they will not accept that, please what can I do any advice will help. Thanks so much🙏🙏
biometrics again!
so a lot of you have probably noticed I’ve posted quite a bit about not receiving any biometrics appointment request and I was starting to get quite concerned as we approached the 7 month mark. my lawyer had reached out to USCIS in December and they gave the generic “we received your request” response. I have called in the past and could never get a live agent. Well, today I called and said info pass and provided my EAD receipt # and spoke with someone immediately. firstly they said biometrics were requested in Aug 2024, which my lawyer nor I received any notice, because shortly after in Sept I did receive Prima Facie. then she stated biometrics have been applied to my I-765 but not I-485. I have no idea how they could have biometrics for me when I’ve never filed anything before. Now a tier 2 officer is supposed to be contacting me.

Denied without even notice for intent to deny
Sadly I just received update that my minor son under my application was denied, I do t know that reason but seriously I am heartbroken. I have not received any update on my own application and I am waiting for the notice to appear on our account to find out the reason.

Hey Everyone, I see the Bulletin for February came out And the date didn’t move. My case is April 15, 2022, Almost 3 years. Does that mean that they will be working only on January or is anyone getting accepted on February and March?!
This is taking so long, and I am actually more patient now but I feel like they are not working as much as they should.
