My case hasn’t approved yet
Hi everyone, My husband were still a green card holder while we filed our case on june 7 2024 but then he got into citizenship in October 2024 does that mean our case got delayed ?Is anyone know how long do we have to wait?

Did you upgrade your case? Also, it does mean that is delayed. My I-130 took 14 months to be approved after the upgrade.

@B C Yes thank you for your information!! I think my lawyer did update our case! if it’s delayed I’ll have to wait a few more month then.
