the visa bulletin don’t make any sense why such a high jump with F2A but yet 2022 filers is still waiting on approval ? a hugh jump should indicate that they completed all 2022 filers and are working
on 2023 filers

The visa bulletin is set by the department of state, not by USCIS. A jump means they haven’t been granting visas for a while. The less they approve the more it moves forward in time.

it jumped in huge numbers because a lot of visas available due to strict immigration rules which led to many visa denials, petitions and etc. so since DHS determines numbers of visas available, you will see this jump on visa bulletin on their website. USCIS only process visa despite of the visa availability as the orders they received them.
