Whats the benefits of K-3 visa request?
I have been told that there is a benefit to advancing your application to K-3 visa level. However what is the benefit of doing that to expedite the process of getting your family member home?

My biggest concern is....should I start work using EAD before i485 approval? I'm afraid to give up my student status before knowing if AOS is going to get approved.
I did biometrics and are updated on case, no medical yet. No interview yet.
Does AOS approval come before GC interview? I'm confused, concerned, stressed out.

Card returned to uscis
Hi Folks. After a week since i updated my mailing address on mycase, my ead got approved. But they sent it to my old l address (which i did not know at first) and usps had to return it back uscis since there was none at my old address. My question is how long it takes for them to resend it, i called and they said 10 day but 13th day today and not received yet
What does it mean? I have 395 days waiting.

I131 and I765
I submitted my I131 and I765 back on the 4th of February 2021.
The I131 (travel document) as of today is current as of the 4th of February 2020 so I can file a case enquiry and the I765 is the 2nd of January.
Is there a benefit of submitting a SR on the I131? Woudk you be issued that before the I765?

USCIS Emma says decision will be made in 10 days
Hi Everyone,
I got weird response today from Emma regarding my case status: "The system shows 10 days before a decision will be made."
I followed up with her asking what does this mean and she responded: "Yes within 10 days the office processing your case will make a decision on your case."
Did anyone have the same experience and if yes what was your outcome?

EAD expedite under review it's been 7 days
Please can someone share their experience. I received this mail since november first after I sent a job offer letter then nothing at all.
"The status of this service request is:
We received your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly."
what should I expect after this message? how do they take to give an answer?

i-485 interview dates
For people whose interview will take place at the Dallas office and you're interview has already been schedule, would you mind sharing your interview date? I'm trying to see how far out they're scheduling so I can plan accordingly, especially with holidays coming up.
