its weird how it takes people 4 months to get approved and others a year or more. wondering even though they go order by order. does any one think they go by the complexity of a i130 application. married couple with no kids vs a married couple with kids. amount of evidence/ little evidence.

@nina williams I don't know how these ppl work seriously..if they are picking up any series they should go with equally so that ppl can get what they've been waiting for..I don't know but really this wait time is making so tired..

An attorney told us it also depends on what country the applicant comes from. He stated Western European countries, in his experience, are processed faster than other countries.

@Deena I don't think that's true..ppl getting approval they are specially from European countries..its mix and match..and probably depends on luck.

my whole family came here within 9 months but thanks to Trump and cvd19 it's been 10 months my wife case haven't approved yet

I think flights to the US are also closed which is why they are not looking into the case right now

@rabail I think the travel ban is over now. they were saying November 8,2021 travel ban will be over..
