is USCIS waiving interviews ?? anyone approved without one ?
I’m wondering since I’ve seen some people had wrote they got their interview cancelled or approved without interview ? we have been married for 4 years abd have a 3 year old together .. wondering if anyone in similar situation had interview waived ?

Slow EB - I765 processing at Nebraska!
Frustrating to wait almost 13 month (RD:10/30) , 70 days since received the response for RFE and yet to see any update from Nebraska. Their approval rates are 1/5th of National benefit center with an average of 200 per day. They don't respond to any congressman, ER or SRs and leaving us in this limbo. What can we really do???

it's been more than 7months since my i-130 is being actively reviewed. it was in Vermont sc. upon inquiring tire 2 officer said its waiting for interview to be schedule. so far nothing. anyone with same situation? it's marriage based petition.

How long is quality review based on approval recommendation?
Any insights into how much longer quality review based on approval recommendation is going to take? My wife has been waiting about a month already since they switched the status to quality review based on approval recommendation and since April, which is now 7 months since her citizenship interview already.

Im us citizen applied for my spouse his I94 expires on dec11. we havent yet go an approval waiting for next steps to proceed. anyone has any idea if my husband has to leave then reneter or is it that he can stay under a case number? any suggestions pleaseeee!! any hints! headups
