Im applying family based .. we have a 3 year old daughter together and it’s my first time applying .. I think I presented very strong evidence, years of joint bank statements, lease agreements, evidence of everything together .. think they strongest evidence is our daughter and the length of our relationship even before we apply .. we’ve been together for 5 years and 4 since we marry.. anyone heard or had their green card approved without interview ?

You will def have an interview because it’s a marriage based green card. Having a child is great proof of a bonafide relationship and it’s wise all 3 of you attend the interview together. You will get a 10 year green card because you have been married more than 2 years. Marriages under 2 years get a 2 year conditional green card and then you have apply to remove conditions and then get a 10 year green card… those interviews are sometimes skipped because that couple had the intial green card interview but it won’t be in your situation. cheers
