Yes I have a plied for my wife 130

well it takes a while for it to be approve just hang in there

@ D.A a yes since you file adjustment of status already for him he has no problem. did you apply for work authorization and advance parole too for him?

yes, did all that work auth & all those but no response on those yet

from my understanding I don't think he has to leave because you applied before his I 94 expired in my case when my husband was about to apply for my change of status the lawyer took my passport and look at the visa page and said I didn't have to go back to my home country and wait two years before I can come back because on the visa page it says bearer is not subject to section 212(e) two years rule does not apply (Jamaica) and my husband apply after my I94 was expired

@D.A.a it means that I would have to go to my country and stay there for 2 years before my husband could apply for my change of status if that wasn't stated on my visa
