EAD - Texas?
The whole EAD process is frustrating me, as I am sure it is for others, for myself it’s a renewal and I just don’t know why there is such a delay. The biometrics were applied in March 2021 from my first application (which I got in 12 weeks in May 2020!!) and I haven’t heard anything - with exception of 2 denied expedite requests due to severe financial loss. Common sense would say these are the easiest and quickest to process….,,,,
They seem to be rejecting all EAD expedite requests at TSC at the moment, which makes me wonder what the point of them is - they are only accepting ‘emergent situations’……
Has there been any EAD - renewal or new from TSC approved recently? I saw one at 342 days which would put me in line for January 12th.
Has anyone gone over 12 months or has it all been within 12 months? Has anyone at this stage ever been rejected for an EAD?
My I485 is also current, filed in February 2020….. I140
approved in September 2020.

Driver license while I-485 and I-765 pending?

I have an interesting question, Can you make a driver license while your case is pending?
my PD for I-485 is June 09, 2021. (National Benefits Center)
my biometric was July 12, 2021
And my PD for I-765 is July 15, 2021 ( NBC)
I just want to know if you can have a Driver license while I-485 is pending.

Do you know if our application is automatically transferred to the California center for processing? I guess they’re the only one doing K1/K2 right now? I originally sent it to the Texas center but I’m finding out that Texas may only be processing the K3/K4. Could this be the reason for the delay? Is anyone else going through this? If anyone has any insight, please let me know! Thank you

issues with the online login ?
hey there, i just went to the uscis website logins and did everything per usual & this is the message I received “encountered an unknown error retrieving your data” with a little red explanation mark - but when I click on it it doesn’t say what or why - when I try to add new paper case with the same access code I received it says error.
can anyone check their online sign in and see if same issues appear ? is this only on my end ? thanks for your help.

guys I have series thing to say ..
you guys might realize this but this is true.
USCIS said they will process a case as it was received. which means as per day.
if they process a case as it was received then how come people who applied on April got approved and people who applied on march still waiting.. I'm taking about without RFE...
