issues with the online login ?
hey there, i just went to the uscis website logins and did everything per usual & this is the message I received “encountered an unknown error retrieving your data” with a little red explanation mark - but when I click on it it doesn’t say what or why - when I try to add new paper case with the same access code I received it says error.
can anyone check their online sign in and see if same issues appear ? is this only on my end ? thanks for your help.

I just wanted to see if there are updates according to my case since this app isn’t very accurate. I’m confused about that note.

True. There is some issue. I tried it and it says "encountered an unknown error retrieving your data".

Okay so there might be some bugs on their website and it is not a problem on my end ?

i think they did upgrades Friday it's probably still a bit buggy

Calm down folks. It's might be a weekend maintenance. Tonight or tomorrow is ready for you guys check your case and keep angry because nothing change.
