Do you know how long does it take it for NVC send the welcome letter or email after expedited approval? thank you so much!!!!#VAWA

I have a pending Vawa case since July 2021, this morning I called Uscis to ask questions or see how I can expedite my case as I am out of processing time, the officer introduced herself and asked me some questions like my full name , address,email and phone number, after providing her with that she said sorry you answered some questions incorrectly,call us back when you have the applicant on the line, I interjected ma’m I am the applicant and my information is correct,but she hung up, tried for the second time again, the next agent did thesame thing, is this new? has anyone experienced such? I am beyond frustrated at this point.
second time rescheduling i-130 and i-1485 due to wife(sponsor) medical condition
hi community, please I need your help on this .my wife and I were involved in an accident on January 12 this year and we were still getting treatment when my first interview was scheduled,the interview was 14 April,my wife spinacal cord injection was also scheduled on 15 April so I ended up rescheduling it cos she was still in pain.fast forward second interview was scheduled two months later June 16,last week my wife pass out ,took her to the hospital and doctor said she had brain aneurysm (mild stroke),she's been discharged now but book her post stroke care appointment on the same day of the interview on Monday,am really stressed and confused,this year has been very rough and tough that I fell like God has ignored me,am very worried if second rescheduling will affect my process.

Hi Family,
A friend of mines just got married and is currently in the United States and is looking to adjust his status from student visa. Can anyone explain to orocess of changing his status. What forms is needed? I am only fermiliar with the consular orocess of it and have limited knowlege on the adjust status part.
