Oct 2025 filers: Any progress?
Has anyone had their biometrics scheduled, I-765 approved, or I-485 approved or transferred to FO? Are you expecting timeliens to be longer or shorter than usual?

Mailed on Oct 1st, Chicago lockbox Received Oct 3rd, Receipt notice text and credit card charges on Oct 6th (notice date was Oct 3rd), Received physical copies of receipt notice and online account access on Oct 14th. Biometrics scheduled on Oct 17th for Nov 5th appointment. I rescheduled biometrics today for Oct 24th appointment. Edit to add; Biometric: Oct 24, 2025 EAD approved: Oct 28, 2025 fingers crossed

EB2 NIW 12/2023, Dallas lockbox received by US USCIS October 3 biometrics scheduled on October 17 for November 6th @EB2 NIW 04/‘24 how did you reschedule it for early? I wanna do the same.

in your uscis account, under ‘account actions’ you will see ‘reschedule biometrics’

You can also visit the center listed on your notice and ask if they have any availability for a walk in. I printed the notice from my uscis account and did a next day walk in

Rescheduled biometrics via online account from Nov 6 to Oct 20th and completed yesterday in just 10 minutes.
